Resislient & Radiant,
An Anusara Yoga and Chakra Workshop

I am happy to anounce that I will be teaching an Anusara & Chakra workshop with my friend and colleague, Tulasi Jordan this Sunday at Ananda Yoga! Start off your summer with Resilience and Radiance in celebration of the Summer Solstice!

With 28 years combined teaching experience we will team up to offer this unique workshop which will include a vibrant asana practice, energy awareness, and breathwork. While yoga has many physical benefits, its greatest gifts are often subtle and unseen. One of these gifts is to be resilient-to bounce back from difficult and challenging life events with greater wisdom and clarity. To tap into this gift, this workshop will offer exercises to open and clear the first chakra and teach you how to feel grounded and settled in your body. When we are ungrounded we can experience overeating, anxiety, over thinking, or feeling uneasy and unworthy. This 2 hour workshop will help you turn these struggles into self-nurturance, self-confidence, and inner-peace as you shift old patterns that keep you from fully being yourself. From this experience, you will emerge with a greater capacity to step into the beauty and radiance of your own heart.
