Thai Yoga
Bodywork is a relaxing, therapeutic and deeply satisfying modality.
The session is done one-on-one on a futon mattress where the client
lies down fully clothed and has the yoga 'done' to them. There
is no effort required whatsoever for the client, all that is required
is relaxing and allowing the bliss to take place. The
session is done in a comfortable space with great soft music so
that the reciever can fully relax and let go. The effects of this
bodywork are magnificent.

has completed the Thai Yoga Basic Training Intensive of the Thai
Yoga Healing Arts at Touchstone Healing Arts in Burlington, VT
with Jonas Westring (www.Shantaya.org).
This course covered the fundamentals of the Thai Yoga Method:
myofascial stretching, joint mobilization, energy balancing, acupressure,
rhythmic soft tissue compression, biomechanical alignment principles,
hatha yoga postures, mindfulness meditation and yoga breathing.
